About the blog:
I don’t mind spreading tips, tricks, and random tech knowledge that I pick up every day. What I do mind is having to spend large portions of my day explaining it all to my friends, family and colleagues. When I find something interesting, undocumented, or otherwise difficult to wrap up nicely I throw it up here. A little plain-text explanation seems to go a long way. I guess people just can’t handle RTFM.

About Me:
I currently run a city-wide network for the local board of education. We’re primarily Windows-based servers, with Exchange and a few thousand XP workstations. I’ve been doing this for about 10 years in a couple of high schools and colleges.
